I wanted to offer this for wallpaper, because it has fantastic details. I really love it! But...it's kind of eye-hurtingly bright. :hmm: I'm going to rework the gradient and scrap this one.

This is pretty awesome, but I have two criticisms.
The first one being the spine along the leftside. I personally would have cropped that out because the rest can very much stand on its own in its awesomeness.
The second, I think it could use just a smidge more color variation, as it's considerably yellow.
It's a pretty neat technique you've been having fun with and I really like this one :)

Thanks for your thoughts, Trav. So you don't like the line? I was keeping it for the detail, but I can get rid of it. :shrug: It's not a seamless fractal so I had a really hard time deciding where to crop it, and how far to zoom, etc. I can keep working on the gradient too, since it turned out so very bright. It was just so pretty I got excited to share!

I'm glad you did because it's really a unique doozey :D
Some more oranges and reds wouldprobably really set this flying, the leaf motif is pretty epic for those colors.

The line's ok as far as detail goes, but, after looking harder, there's so much detail in and around the leaves themselves.

Also, this would undoubtedly make for some incredibly epic fabric :eyes:
